PFLL Closing Ceremonies, Home Run Derby Take Place on Saturday

Pleasanton Foothill Little League is saying goodbye to a great season with food, fun, games and awards at its annual closing ceremonies.

The Pleasanton Foothill Little League closing ceremonies will take place June 4 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bernal Baseball Fields. The day will include an awards presentation as well as a home run derby, pie throwing, a pitching contest and more.

11:00 a.m. – Opening Ceremony Remarks & Announcements

11:10 a.m. – Awards Presentation

11:25 a.m. – Hit-a-Thon Medals & Trophies

11:40 a.m. – Closing Remarks

11:45 a.m. – Home Run Derby, Pie Throwing, Pitching, Rock in Jump Wheel

12:30 p.m. – Home Run Derby Concludes

1:00 p.m. – Other Games/Booths Close

Food will be available. The day also includes two playoff games, which take place at 8:30 and 12:30.

Pleasanton Foothill Little League is a non-profit organization operated by dedicated volunteers whose mission is to provide an environment that fosters positive sportsmanship, leadership and discipline in the children of our community, while having fun, learning and participating in the game of baseball.

The League provides a youth baseball program for children ages 4 through 18, and operates under a charter granted annually by Little League. More than 100 adult volunteers create an enjoyable sporting and learning experience for over 500 Little League players residing in Pleasanton, California.
