On Memorial Day, residents gathered at the Pleasanton Pioneer Ceremony to honor those who served in the United States military. The theme of the ceremony was, "Expressing our Gratitude."
Along with speeches and reading of poetry, the Pleasanton Community Band also performed several musical pieces.
Command Sergeant Major Robert Gallagher of the United States Army was the keynote speaker and Mayor Jennifer Hosterman was the featured speaker.
