Nibert is a retired engineer who has lived in Pleasanton for 35 years. He managed large projects and budgets at corporations like General Electric, Intel, and PG&E. He managed the engineering and construction of large gas transmission pipelines, the installation of hydroelectric turbines and hydro system improvements, and performed quality assurance for PG&E nuclear power plants.
