Zaballos Construction vs. Sports Style by Mommy and Me Photography
Highlights: Both Zaballos Construction and Sports Style by Mommy and Me Photography had a fabulous beginning to their Softball careers at their first T-Ball game of the season last Monday! Zaballos Construction's Eliana Clubb and Makenzee Mapes did amazingly as pitchers--both girls amazed their fans when they each tagged out a couple players! Wow! And Gianna Ghio hustled for the ball and ran to bases like nobody's business! Likewise, Sports Style by Mommy and Me Photography played a great game with Emily Montler, Ava Choudhry and Anuva Shekar shining as stellar T-Ballers! Way to go, everyone!

Mozes vs. Dublin Holiday Inn
Highlights: On a surprisingly muggy April afternoon, Mozes and Dublin Holiday Inn squared off in a battle that extended to extra innings! In the end, the game finished in a hard-fought draw. Dublin Holiday Inn was led by the offensive firepower of Grace Gianfortone and the defensive play of Abby Baldwin at pitcher. A big moment in the game came when Ava Haubner made a force-out at 2nd base in a great heads-up play. For Mozes, Lizzie Loundagin produced a couple of big hits and showed a very accurate throwing arm on defense. Chloe Stacey also had several big hits and made some nice defensive plays while pitcher. Finally, Karina Thendean made a big play while covering home plate, getting a tag-out on a runner coming home.

Highlights: Second game of the season and vast improvements were seen in these young ladies. Everyone was running to 1st as fast as they could without holding their bats!!!! Infielders were kept on their toes and really catching on to throwing the ball to the appropriate bases. Swings were abound!! Quite a few managed the outfield!!! MICRO DIVISION
NetApp vs. Fusion 3 Salon
Highlights: NetApp played a great first game together and showed excellent teamwork. Isabella Rule had 3 hits and stopped ahard ground ball at 3rd stepping on the base for the out. Alex Stokoe had an out at 1st and 2 hits (one all the way into the infield). Jaeden Nelson played 1st base like a pro and crushed a fly ball past 2nd. Rylie Galletti started off Fusion 3 Salon’s season with a base hit and showed good fielding throughout the game. Estelina Kovacs sent her teammate Rylie Galletti home for Fusion 3 Salon’s first run of the season, and Tess Shotland showed good form as catcher.

NetApp vs. TG Information Systems
Highlights: TG Information Systems, backed by Ella Melvin at catcher, Mia Hildebrand played pitcher and made two heads up outs at the plate. Emily Gossett had a solid line drive base hit. For NetApp, Corey Timby had a good hit and ran fast to 1st base. Emma Seitz had a great hit and lots of stops at pitcher, Hannah Kramer had a monster base hit into the parking lot.

eIQ vs. RS Callibration
Highlights: For eIQ, AJ Molina showed excellent fielding and at bats. Annika Jernstedt excellent at bats and aggressive defense as short stop. Alexis Barerra was on top of it in the infield and got on base each time at bat. For RS Callibration, Sydney Walsh caught a fly ball and threw a runner out at 1st. Kimberly Ebbers had excellent hitting. Jessica Simonson played great defense as catcher.

Haley Maher rounds out the top three players of the game for Fusion 3 Salon with a fast-moving grounder to 1st. Go Fusion 3 Salon Fireballs! For Images by Lori, Amy Heath had a fantastic hit. Leila Lyions put her solid arm to good use, securing two outs at 3rd, and Sara Carter had a nice hit and scored a run for Images by Lori. Go team!

Highlights: All the Hyatt-Summerfield Suites players recorded a hit in their dirt-field debut. Two runs were scored by Natalie O'Sullivan, Ella Gervasoni, Leila Brown and Ella McCarthy. Christina Herdman and Ashlyn Buress had big hits for Hyatt-Summerfield Suites. Madeline Riddle and Maya Morganstern combined for a nice defensive play at the plate for State Farm Insurance–Leslie Wolf. Colette Wogsland, Lauren Sowers and Emily Hunt also played well for State Farm Insurance–Leslie Wolf.

RS Calibration vs. Pleasanton Glass
Highlights: After the start of a soggy season, RS Calibration hosted Pleasanton Glass in an exciting, well matched game. All of RS Calibration's players put on a hitting display, including Valerie McKeever, who crushed one to left field. Emma Chandler was a stand out defensively, making key plays at 2nd and 3rd base. Mckenna Masinter played well in the infield, and hustled around the bases. For Pleasanton Glass, Victoria Frentz went 3 for 3 at the plate, sending a ball flying into the outfield. Kenna Asmussen also went 3 for 3, putting RS Calibration’s defense on alert. Anna Baalman had a menacing bat as well, and also played well in the infield.

Megan Colbacchini made a game changing unassisted double play at 1st base for Bryan Enterprises-Building Contractors. Emily Murawski and Jaylah Abello delivered big hits for Bryan Enterprises-Building Contractors’ first game of the season.

Corey Bryan led Bryan Enterprises-Building Contractors with stellar play at 3rd base.

Highlights: Both teams opened their season with a well-played game. Jenna Brown doubled for J Lohr Winery–Jeff Meier, Amanda Engel had a solid hit and Kate Inman pitched two shutout innings, including a 1-2-3 first inning and a game-ending strikeout to preserve the tie with runners at 1st and 2nd. Savvy Seconds’ starting pitcher, Lauren Melvin, was outstanding.

Highlights: It was opening day for Robert Half International against View Mobile Dental. Led by the strong play of Mireya Paulos, Allie Sanchez, and Chrissie Crawford, View Mobile Dental jumped on Robert Half International early with tough pitching and timely hitting. But Robert Half International hung in there with strong pitching from Hannah Friesen and Paige Scoffield, with Taylor Hitchan coming through at the plate.

Cupids Tooth 6, Automotive Advantage 2
Highlights: Cupids Tooth earned their first win of the season with a 6-2 win over Automotive Advantage. Cupids Tooth was led by Natalie, Rachel and Kaitlin. Natalie pitched in her first game of the season and did not allow a run and added a single and a run scored later in the game. Rachel pitched a scoreless 3rd & 4th inning while adding a single of her own. Kaitlin came out swinging hard only to be robbed of hits by two stellar plays by the defense. Kaitlin returned the favor with an awesome defensive play of her own when she fielded a ball in left center and threw the runner out at 1st. Automotive Advantage was led by Morgan Seely who had a single and two stolen bases and Olivia Austin who had a single and a RBI.

Highlights: Danielle Williams led the pitching for four solid innings with Emily Crimi closing the last two innings. Terra Mchone did a great job protecting home plate as the catcher. Alex Sanchez had two good innings pitching along with Meghan Pickett pitching three innings. Jenyce Dutcher had a good hit.

Highlights: Tim McGuire Team–Alain Pinel Realtors started out the game with strong pitching and a home run in the 1st inning, and Demcom Stomping Co., Inc. came back with two runs in the 3rd inning to lead. Both teams showed solid pitching and defense, then Tim McGuire Team–Alain Pinel Realtors exploded with three strikeouts in the top of the 5th and nine runs in the bottom, a huge inning for the home team. Demcom Stomping Co., Inc. gained two more runs in the 6th, and Tim McGuire Team–Alain Pinel Realtors added five runs in the same inning. Demcom Stomping Co., Inc. stayed strong and added one more run in the final (7th) inning. Pitcher Jenna O'Neal of Tim McGuire Team–Alain Pinel Realtors had a big game with 16 strikeouts, and both teams showed excellent fielding and batting. Great start to the season!

For AMS, Daniella Lyng pitched 1 inning and had 3 strikeouts. Adriana Harris pitched 2 innings, hit 2 singles and scored 3 runs. Gabriella Haas hit a single & hit in a RBI.

Anna Swanson had 2 great innings with her debut on the pitcher's mound and a great day at the plate going 3 for 3 with 2 big hits to the outfield. Bailey Beanland did a fantastic job catching the entire game with 2 nail biting put-outs at home plate and batted 3 for 3.

Lauren McNamara had an outstanding season debut on the mound and batted 3 for 3 helping to drive Mancebo Corporation to their first win of the season. For Shaklee, Lucy Brunswick went 1 for 2 with 4 RBI’s, Summer Harris went 2 for 4 with 5 RBI’s and Rachel Miller went 3 for 3 with 2 RBI’s.

On the other hand, Kaelin Construction Inc.’s offense came alive starting in the 2nd inning. After 5 innings of play, Kaelin Construction Inc. won with the score of 19-3.

She recorded 3 strikeouts and added two hits at the plate. Nikki contributed two hits and two RBIs, while Tori added one hit and one RBI.
