Pleasanton Residents Pack Local Home to Officially Nominate City Council Candidate Herb Ritter

More than 150 residents and supporters attended the official Nomination Party of Pleasanton resident and City Council candidate Herb Ritter

More than 150 residents and supporters attended the official Nomination Party of Pleasanton resident and City Council candidate Herb Ritter this past Tuesday night. Attendees signed official paperwork which will bring candidate Ritter’s campaign officially into the running for a City Council seat in the upcoming November election

"Tonight was an opportunity for me to share details of my 26 years of experience volunteering and working in this amazing community, as well as outline my platform and vision for the city," commented candidate Ritter. "I've built my life around engaging and giving back, and now I'm taking my years of public service to the next level by formalizing my candidacy for City Council."

Active local citizens Bob and Cindy Gee served as event hosts and were pleased with the evening’s activities and strong turnout.

"Herb has always been a very supportive and influential part of the community with his work on official City committees, task forces and sports program initiatives. We are glad to be able to open our home to support such a dedicated and proven leader in Pleasanton as he takes the next step with his campaign."
