Power Being Restored In Pleasanton; Tuesday Shutoff TBD

PG&E may shut power off again as early as 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, and officials are warning of a weeklong outage.

PLEASANTON, CA — PG&E began inspecting and repairing equipment Monday morning to restore power to Pleasanton, but the city continues to be under another Public Safety Power Shutoff that could hit as early as 4:30 a.m. Tuesday.

"At this time, the area of impact for this new event is still developing; #Pleasanton residents should prepare to potentially remain without power for the remainder of the week," the city said in a released statement.

Updates on the current and upcoming PG&E Public Safety Power Shutoff will be provided as available at http://psps.cityofpleasantonca.gov, the city said.
