Stanley Boulevard Reopens After Flooding: COMMUTER ALERT
Drivers were asked to use a detour and avoid driving through standing water.

PLEASANTON, CA — A section of Stanley Boulevard between Isabel and Valley avenues has reopened this evening after "significant" flooding forced officials to close the busy road early Tuesday morning, police officials said. Happy Valley Road is also flooded.
Flooding has closed Tesla Road in Livermore at Cross Road in San Joaquin County, Alameda County officials said Monday night. Welch Creek Road is closed due to a mudslide and tree debris. The Altamont Pass has had intermittent flooding Monday evening.
Palomares Road is closed to all traffic between Palo Verde Road, Castro Valley and Niles Canyon Road (Highway 84), Fremont, at mile marker 8.73 due to a major mudslide, according to Alameda County Public Works Department.
