Take A Virtual Tour Of Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Station 1
While Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Station 1 is closed to the public, firefighters are giving you a look inside with virtual tours.
PLEASANTON, CA — Though Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department stations are closed for public visits amid the coronavirus pandemic, Fire Station 1 is now open for virtual tours.
Viewers are introduced to the firefighters who call the station home and are led through firefighters' work areas, gym, kitchen, bedrooms and more. Firefighters demonstrate how they put on their equipment and share safety tips.
"Just about every school gets a chance to visit the LPFD," firefighters wrote on Facebook. "While we can't do that right now, we are launching a series of videos showing our Stations and Fire Engines. We hope you enjoy!"
