Tri-Valley Babe Ruth World Series Recognition Event at Camp Parks
Tri-Valley Babe Ruth 13 and 14 year old All-Stars' 2015 World Series achievements celebrated at Camp Parks in Dublin.
On Saturday, December 12th, Camp Parks Military Base, Colonel Andrew Jones and staff recognized the Tri-Valley Babe Ruth All-Star 13 and 14 year old teams on their World Series achievements. The TVBR 13 year old All-Star team won the 2015 Babe Ruth World Series in Jamestown, New York this past August. In their decisive 20-0 win over Tri-County Babe Ruth from Maine, the TVBR players soundly solidified their winning title. The TVBR 14 year old All-Star team earned the Runner-Up honor in the 14 YO 2015 Babe Ruth World Series in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Tri-Valley Babe Ruth’s home field is proudly located at Camp Parks Military Base in Dublin.
The World Series recognition event was a celebration of the hard work and dedication the TVBR players and coaches put in for their very successful World Series runs. Colonel Jones delivered an inspirational speech, photographs were taken and the players signed a camouflage baseball helmet and a baseball to be put on display at Camp Parks. TVBR sincerely thanks Colonel Jones and staff for the wonderful event they put on for the TVBR players, coaches and families.
