Tri-Valley Writers December 19 Meeting
Writers Workshop A La Carte - Participate in a variety of tabletop discussions to help you improve your writing.

Join California Writers Club Tri-Valley Branch on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Four Points by Sheraton, 5115 Hopyard Rd. Pleasanton, as we hold a “Workshop A La Carte” in which attendees will be able to join in on three out of five table-top discussions.
Have you poured your heart and soul into a draft of your novel or spent the month of November writing 50,000 + words for NaNoWriMo, and now don’t know what to do with all your effort? Perhaps you are not sure if you have hooked your reader. Maybe you are stuck with the muddle in the middle.

Attendees will take away ideas and concrete examples of ways to improve their writing. Handouts of key points from the discussions the attendee participated in will be available. All attendees will receive the TVW Style Guide, a general style guide that TVW recommends for most publications.
December is also Tri-Valley Writers’ book swap month. Bring a book, swap for another book you haven’t already read. You may bring more than one book.

The CWC Tri-Valley Branch invites writers of all genres and experience levels to learn about their craft at its monthly meetings. The meeting will be Saturday, December 19, 2015, 2:00- 4:00 p.m. (registration at 1:30). The cost for CWC Members is $12, non-members, $17. Anyone interested in the program or the organization may attend with no obligation to join. Reservations requested by email to reservations@trivalleywriters.org no later than Wednesday, December 16, 2015.
