Venture X's 'Boutique Hotel-Style' Workspace Coming To Pleasanton

Venture X has broken ground on a 13,224-square-foot location at 4125 Hopyard Road in Pleasanton's Britannia Business Center.

PLEASANTON, CA — Entrepreneurs and remote workers in the Tri-Valley will soon have access to new shared workspaces after it was announced Wednesday that Venture X has broken ground on a 13,224-square-foot location at 4125 Hopyard Road in Pleasanton's Britannia Business Center.

"We're excited to join Pleasanton's entrepreneurial community with a place where members can connect with each other and also meet outside clients, while at the time boosting inspiration on a daily basis and improving their businesses," said franchisee owner Larry Cabling of the MOS Group. Cabling signed a lease with Britannia Property in March.

"We targeted the Britannia Business Center because of its prime location, and we're certain it will provide a dynamic area to both work in and entertain," said Jason Anderson, president of Venture X.

Venture X, which is under the United Franchise Group umbrella, targets companies and entrepreneurs with its "membership-based workspaces" that feature "boutique hotel-style services" and modern offices. According to Venture X, its workspaces attract a diverse group of entrepreneurs, creative professionals, freelancers, remote workers, startups, non-profits, small businesses, and large teams from Fortune 500 companies.

The Pleasanton Venture X space will feature high exposed ceilings with an industrial loft design, floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor patio terrace. There will be a large lounge area that can host events for up to 100 guests, a cafe and kitchen. Amenities will also include meeting rooms with the latest technology and high speed internet, office supplies and equipment, according to Venture X.

Membership costs will vary according to space type and needs from executive private offices to shared workspace with month-to-month agreements. No leases or long-term contracts will be required, according to Venture X.

"We're seeing a continuing movement away from the traditional office environment," Cabling added. "This evolution is an important part the workforce future, and we're committed to being on the innovative front of coworking spaces that facilitate collaboration and creativity," he said.
