Armed Suspects Rob Man On Pleasanton Pedestrian Path: PPD
Police said one of the suspects hit the victim in the face with a gun after he gave up his laptop, wallet, and phone.

PLEASANTON, CA — Two men robbed a man at gunpoint while he was walking on a Pleasanton pedestrian path Thursday evening, police said. Just before 9 p.m., the victim was walking eastbound on the path on Bernal Avenue near Oak Vista Way when he was approached by two suspects.
The suspects, who were armed with handguns, demanded the victim's laptop bag, which he surrendered, along with his phone and wallet, police said. Police said one of the suspects then hit the victim in the face with the gun, cutting the bridge of his nose.
The suspects were last seen running westbound toward the nearby Chevron gas station, according to police. The victim ran home to call police and get medical treatment for his injuries.

The first suspect is described as an adult man in his 20s or 30s. He was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt. Police said the victim was not able to provide a description for the second suspect.
