VIDEO: Pleasanton Youth Make Music At Annual Concert

Teen bands were featured at the annual JAMFest on May 28.

Pleasanton youth were out in full force at the Lions Wayside Park on Friday.

Three bands played during the night. The event attracted kids and adults of all ages.

The featured bands were: Shock Wave Summer, Uncalled 4 and Coastra Nostra.

Shock Wave Summer is a girl rock group made up of Hart Middle School students and an Amador Valley High School student.

Uncalled 4 band members are from De La Salle High School in Concord.

Meanwhile, ska band Coastra Nostra are all Amador High School students ranging from sophomores to seniors.

Some of the teens said events such as the JAMFest help support aspiring musicians in the community.
