• Mold and moisture issues reported at Black Mountain Middle School (nbcsandiego.com) — Families in Poway Unified should know that multiple classrooms at Black Mountain Middle School have tested for varying levels of mold spores, with final lab results due today and room-by-room recommendations pending. This comes just after mold issues at Del Sur Elementary forced a temporary relocation to Stone Ranch Elementary, disrupting the start of the new school year for many Poway-area students.
