• Leslie's Pool Supplies closing 26 California stores in bankruptcy (mercedsunstar.com) — Ramona's Leslie's Pool Supplies at 905 Main St. is slated to close as part of the chain's Chapter 11 bankruptcy restructuring, which will shutter 26 California locations. The company says it will keep operating overall, but local customers may need to shift to other stores, watch for liquidation sales, or order online for pool supplies. 
• Locals attack litter in Del Mar, Solana Beach at annual Coastal Cleanup Day (sandiegouniontribune.com) — Ramona volunteers joined the countywide Coastal Cleanup Day by targeting bulky debris near a local flood plain, aiming to reduce El Niño-related flooding risks and keep storm drains clear. Across San Diego County, including Del Mar and Solana Beach, thousands of volunteers removed more than 100,000 pounds of trash from beaches, lagoons, creeks, and parks.
