Wild Wonders, Ultimate Summer Camp and Start Smart

Ultimate Summer Camp

• It wouldn't be summer unless there was camp! Boys & Girls Club 4S Ranch will host the Ultimate Summer Camp. This week's theme is 'Our Town.' Cost is $99 per child. Camp will kick off on Monday, Aug. 12 until, Friday, Aug. 16. 

• Interested in teaching your kids Mandarin Chinese? Chinese Circle Time will teach children ages 4 to 6 Chinese through singing, dancing, playing and crafts. You can even learn something new at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 12 at the 4S Ranch Library. 

• Get up close and personal with wild and furry creatures. Kids will meet fun and feathered animals while learning something new. Wild Wonders will start at at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 13 at the Rancho Bernardo Library. 

• Meet and mingle with the Friends of the 4S Ranch Library. The meeting is for members and potential new members at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 14 at the 4S Ranch Library. 

• Bring your family and picnic blankets to the park for a free showing of ParaNorman. Summer Movies in the Park will start 15 minutes after dusk on Saturday, Aug. 17 at 4S Ranch Sports Park.
