NY Times Bestselling Author Martin Dugard to Speak in Mission Viejo

New York Times best-selling author Martin Dugard, a resident of Rancho Santa Margarita, will speak on Wednesday at the Mission Viejo City Council chamber.

Dugard co-wrote Killing Lincoln and Killing Kennedy with Bill O’Reilly. He has written many books on history as well, including The Murder of King Tut with James Patterson.

The free event sponsored by Friends of the Library begins at 7 p.m.

Some of his books include: Into Africa, Chasing Lance, To Be a Runner and Surviving the Toughest Race on Earth.  Dugard is head track coach at JSerra Catholic High in San Juan Capistrano, and has also written for Esquire, GQ and Sports Illustrated.

Don’t miss “Killing Lincoln” on Sun., Feb. 17 at 8 p.m. on the National Geographic Channel.  “Killing Lincoln” is an intense drama of the assassination of Abraham Lincoln and how it changed our country.  It has been on the best selling list for more than 63 weeks.
