Marty Kaufman, president of Accent Computer Solutions Inc., has been selected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Trinity Children’s Foundation of America.

The agency is a nonprofit organization based in Colton that helps abused, neglected and abandoned children to lead healthy, productive lives, officials said.

Kaufman will serve as a Foundation trustee for two years and will help the foundation raise funds and utilize resources efficiently so that it can continue to provide needed services to the 1,000 at-risk children and youth it serves each day.

For more than 10 years, Accent Computer Solutions has been an avid sponsor and organizer for many of the foundation’s events, including its annual Trinity Classic Golf Tournament, which raises about $100,000 each year. Accent has also been the foundation’s primary IT partner and has provided technology consulting and IT support since 2001.

“Being a successful company allows us to spend time helping others less fortunate – something we take very seriously,” said Kaufman. “Accent contributes to many worthy organizations in the area, but Trinity Children’s Foundation of America holds a special place because of the great work they do in our communities. It’s an honor to be part of this organization and help improve the lives of so many local youth.”
