Another sign of American Civilization in Decline

In Georgia, school officials called the police to arrest a 6-year-old throwing a tantrum ripping pictures off the wall and knocking over a bookcase because the teacher and school officials were afraid to touch the out of control 6-year-old.

And not a mention of lack of proper discipline at home. 

Out of control 6-year-olds and teachers and principals unable to control the 6-year-old because they are afraid of being sued is yet another sign of American civilization in decline due to liberalism and an out of control, irrational legal system.
