Loma Linda's County Representative is Indicted by State Attorney General

Neil Derry is charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor.

San Bernardino County Supervisor Neil Derry is in some legal trouble.

The California State Attorney General's office has charged the third district supervisor with felony perjury and filing or forging documents and misdemeanor failure to report a contributor. Derry's district includes, Loma Linda, Redlands, Grand Terrace, Colton, Yucaipa and San Bernardino.

According to the California State Attorney General’s office, Derry neglected to report that Arnold Stubblefield had made a $5,000 contribution to the supervisor's campaign in 2007, according to documents from the State Attorney General’s office.

He then submitted a Recipient Committee Campaign Statement without reporting the money or the contributor, state officials said.
