A special dog got his closeup on Tuesday during the Redlands City Council meeting.
Tinkles is a black male Spaniel mix. He is three months old, and was brought to the meeting in hopes of being adopted.
Since June 15, 27 cats and 40 dogs have been adopted from the Redlands Animal Shelter. At last count, there were 51 dogs and 91 cats waiting to be adopted.
