Here's a quick, easy and healthy dinner with no MSG, no HFCS, no food dyes and no preservatives.

I made a great vegetarian noodle recipe for my friend’s Karma Potluck a few weekends ago: Thai Veggie Noodle Salad. Not only is this recipe always a huge hit with lots of flavor (as well a crunch), it cost me $17.44 in ingredients and only took 30 minutes to throw it together! That’s only $4.36 per person for a family of four. Even if you added 1-2 grilled chicken breasts (sliced or chopped to bite-size) you could still keep it under $7 per person!
And since it is a cold salad it makes a great picnic, potluck or day-at-the-beach meal or snack. Just pack a few forks and a container of this salad in your cooler and off you go!
