A Redondo Beach developer has signed a settlement agreement with the city to drop anti-development claims, a local news outlet is reporting.

The Daily Breeze reports that the developer, Leo Pustilnikov, has withdrawn a lawsuit against the city that accused city officials of a scheme to prevent a development from going up at the land that used to house the AES power plant, which was decommissioned on Dec. 31, 2023.

In his lawsuit, which he filed in 2022, Pustilnikov demanded $122 million from the city over his claims that the city had conspired to rezone the acreage in order to prevent development on it.
