🍕 PIZZA AND WINGS FROM THE FLXIBLE DINER BUS
Inside AutoVino’s restored 195 Flxible diner bus, Nate makes hand-stretched Neapolitan-style pizzas with 48-hour-fermented dough. The result is pizza with crisp edges, a tender center, and fresh-from-the-oven character.
The Happy Hour menu also includes wings, served hot from the bus and made for sharing at the table.
🧀 INGE’S CHARCUTERIE BOARDS
Inge’s boards feature salami, prosciutto, brie, cheddar, olives, nuts, crackers, bread, and sweet jellies. They can be customized for small or large groups and pair well with Woodside Vineyards wines such as Kings Mountain Cabernet, Chardonnay, Zinfandel, and Pinot Noir.

Courthouse Docket: Behind The Bark Stories from the Marine Mammal Center A Talk by Laura Gill

Since 1989, the Sports Hall of Fame has honored local legends who have inspired others with their athletic ability, coaching skills, and/or sports management skills and have raised the level of importance of sports on the Peninsula.
The <a href="https://historysmc.org/exhibits/peninsula-sports-hall-of-fame/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Hall of Fame</a>, located here at the San Mateo County History Museum, has grown to include more than 250 people including Olympians, professional athletes, coaches, and many others.
This year, the Historical Association will be hosting a reception on Thursday, June 25 at the San Mateo County History Museum. The inductions will take place in the Museum’s historic Courtroom “A”.
2026 Inductees
<ul><li>Teresa Abrahamsohn, Westmoor High School: She was a multi- sport athlete as a teen late in the 1970’s in Daly City; after high school, she excelled on the soccer pitch in college and beyond.</li><li> Davante Adams, Palo Alto High School: As a gifted prep football player, he went on to become a star wide receiver at Fresno State and, most recently, with the National Football League’s Los Angeles Rams .</li><li>Stacy Bergstedt, Aragon High School and College of San Mateo: In the immediate decade after the implementation of Title IX, she stood out in basketball and softball at both the high school and collegiate levels.</li><li>Anthony Gordon, Terra Nova High School: Few Peninsula football quarterbacks have torn up passing records in such prolific fashion as he did, first while playing for his Pacifica high school and later in college.</li><li>Ed Larios, Jefferson High School: After a memorable football career in high school and at San Francisco State, then a stint in the NFL, he transitioned to coaching; he has been mentoring teens through seven decades, beginning in 1969.</li></ul>

This Fourth of July, step back in time and celebrate America's 250th birthday the old-fashioned way. 
On Saturday, July 4, the San Mateo County History Museum invites you to An Old-Fashioned Fourth, a festive, family-friendly event running from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. that brings the spirit of Victorian Independence Days back to life. 
Get creative with Victorian-era crafts, from hand-decorated flags to spinning pinwheels, and soak in the sights and sounds of a truly patriotic day. 
The fun extends beyond our doors: An Old-Fashioned Fourth coincides with Redwood City's Fourth of July Parade, themed America 250 in honor of the nation's semiquincentennial. Watch for the History Museum's own entry in the parade featuring gleaming carriages and early automobiles as a preview of our upcoming Taube Carriage House and Automobile Gallery. ‘
It's a perfect day to make memories, learn a little history, and join your community in one of the grandest birthday celebrations this country has ever thrown.

My name is Clint Blakely and I’m a product of Mountain View High School's performing arts departments, where I fell in love with music singing with the Madrigals. I hold a BA in Jazz Voice from USC's Thornton School of Music. I've played &amp; sung music around the world – Los Angeles bars &amp; clubs, Amsterdam concert halls, Rio de Janeiro churches... I love teaching lessons over Zoom! For the past 5 years, I’ve taught students all over the world whose ages range from 4 years old to 60+. My students have a wide variety of skill levels, from complete beginners to 10+ years of prior study. In my lessons, I combine technical instruction and creative exercises within a fun, encouraging atmosphere.
