Deadly Head-On Crash Reported On La Honda Road
Sheriff's officials say a Peninsula man died in the crash.
SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — A Peninsula man was killed in a head-on crash along La Honda Road over the weekend, the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday. The 66-year-old man has since been publicly identified as Stephen Morse of Menlo Park.
Sheriff's officials say Morse was on a motorcycle when he collided with a pickup trick along Highway 84, also known as La Honda Road, in the Woodside area around 6:46 p.m. Sunday.
"The cause of the crash is still being investigated," the sheriff's office said in a news release.
