PHOTOS: Residents Can Win Amazing Gift Baskets at School Fundraiser

Henry Ford School PTA will become a festive carnival for its 17th annual Pasta Dinner fundraiser Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. As the school's biggest fundraiser of the year, it will help fund Rhythm and Moves, the contracted PE program, and help partially pay for the school's literary resource teacher, according to Principal Lynne Griffiths.

"In this day of shrinking budgets, these PTA monies help us retain these two programs that we otherwise wouldn't be able to fund," Griffiths said in an email.

Dozens of businesses have donated to the fundraiser, including , , Century 20 Theatres, and .
