The District 4 seat will be up for grabs in the November election.

OAKLAND, CA — Oakland Vice Mayor and Councilwoman Annie Campbell Washington announced Thursday that she won't seek re-election in the November election.
Campbell Washington was elected to her District 4 seat in November 2014 by getting 63 percent of the vote and beating two challengers.
