White Pelicans Return To Lake Merritt: Photos Of The Day

OAKLAND, CA — Migrating white pelicans have arrived at Lake Merrit and they are hungry!

Ann Rapson snapped a few photos of the birds on Monday while taking a walk around the lake. Ann writes, "They are so graceful and busy diving for food!" Thank you for sharing your photos, Ann.
