A Peek inside the Community: Brain Freeze
Looking for a cool, delicious treat at a fun local spot? Look no further than Brain Freeze Frozen Yogurt!
Each week we will check out one of the wonderful local businesses that help make up our community. Rohnert Park is made up of much more than chain stores and sometimes you might not even know about that great business tucked around the corner!
Name / Business: Brain Freeze Frozen Yogurt / Frozen Treats
Brain Freeze is a locally owned and operated frozen yogurt shop. They currently have two locations; one in Rohnert Park and one in Petaluma. While the shop in Rohnert Park is small, they offer fresh treats that are changed fairly regularly for variety. Brain Freeze offers up six kinds of yogurt on tap along with a toppings bar. What gives them a bit of a unique flavor is that you build you own desert with as much or as little of whatever you want and then the cost is based on the final weight of your creation. Also, on Wednesdays, if you can guess the weight of what you made it’s free!

They regularly work with the local baseball leagues, such as Rancho Cotati Little League, Cal Ripkin/Babe Ruth and Rohnert Park girls softball, Rancho Cotate High School (ASB and band) and Sonoma State University.
Currently Brain Freeze is open everyday of the week from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. They regularly have six flavors of frozen yogurt on tap and toppings that range from chocolate sprinkles to fresh strawberries and everything in between.
