CPR and First Aid Class

In this 7 hour course, students will be trained in adult, infant and child CPR as well as practice choke saving skills, plus defibrillator (AED) training. The HealthSource is an American Heart Association training center providing the gold standard of training.The First Aid training will look at sudden illnesses and injuries and learn the steps to take to prevent the individual from worsening while waiting for advanced care. In many cases advanced care will be unnecessary due to the proper actions of the first responder. The class is designed for employee training who's duty is to respond to first aid emergencies or regulatory requirements - teachers, camp counselors, parents, grandparents, drivers, construction workers, landscape workers, winery and vineyard personnel, bystanders, and individuals who want the training for the knowledge.For ages 15 and up.
