Join the movement to make Sonoma County the healthiest county in California! The iWALK Challenge kicks off next weekend with a Community Scavenger Hunt on Sunday, March 4th. It's at Spring Lake Regional Park in Santa Rosa (Shady Oaks picnic area off Violetti Rd entrance). Bring walking shoes, a team of up to 4 people and a camera. At 1:00 you'll get a clue card and set off on foot to capture the clues with your camera. Prizes for those who complete the hunt (quantities limited).
This kicks off the iWALK Challenge where you sign up and commit to get at least 150 minutes of exercise each week between March 5th and May 5th. Register at iwalksonoma.org (click on the iWALK Challenge button). Will Rohnert Park have the greatest participation? Go, RP!
