UPDATED: Missing Little Girl, 10, Located In Santa Rosa Four Miles From Her School

She was reported missing this morning after last seen walking to the bathroom at Steele Lane Elementary.

The Santa Rosa Police Department reported that the 10-year-old girl was located, and thanks the community for its assistance.

Santa Rosa police said the 10-year-old girl who went missing from Steele Lane Elementary School this morning has been found safe. Victoria Valdez was found at about 11 a.m. on Fulton Road, four miles west of the school, police Sgt. Eric Goldschlag said.

Valdez had last been seen around 8:30 a.m. walking to the bathroom on the school campus at 301 Steele Lane, police said.

The circumstances of her disappearance are still under investigation, Goldschlag said.

Santa Rosa police said a 10-year-old girl at Steele Lane Elementary School went missing this morning.

Victoria Valdez was last seen walking to the bathroom on the school campus at 301 Steele Lane, police said shortly before 10 a.m.

Valdez is a white girl who is 5 feet 2 inches tall, 90 pounds and has blonde hair with pink highlights.

She was last seen wearing a white shirt with an owl on it, gray leggings and light blue tie-up boots, police said.
