Masked Man Holds Up 7-Eleven In Sonoma County
BREAKING: The armed robbery was in the early morning hours at Petaluma store.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA – A man robbed a 7-Eleven convenience store at gunpoint in Petaluma early this morning, according to police.
The robbery was reported at 1:23 a.m. at the store at 430 Washington St.
A suspect entered the business, pointed a gun at the store clerk and demanded money. The clerk complied, opening the cash register and allowing the suspect to grab an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

The suspect, described as a man of unknown race who is 5 feet 11 inches tall with a medium build, then fled and remains at large this morning.
The employee was uninjured in the robbery.

Police obtained surveillance footage from the store and have released a photo of the suspect, who was last seen wearing a black ski mask, a light-blue long-sleeved sweatshirt, black pants, black shoes and black gloves.
