Meeting On Cannabis Ordinances Set For Tonight In Sonoma County
For discussion are recreational and medical usage and growing proposals. (Breaking)

SONOMA COUNTY, CA – Santa Rosa and Sonoma County officials are holding a community meeting Friday evening regarding medical and recreational cannabis ordinances under consideration in both jurisdictions.
Staff members from the city and county will present information about proposed cannabis taxation ordinances that will be heard separately Tuesday by the Santa Rosa City Council and Sonoma County Board of
Supervisors.
The Board of Supervisors on Tuesday also will consider a proposed land use ordinance regarding growing marijuana indoors and outdoors in rural residential areas.

Both governing bodies hope to put the ordinances before voters in March.
