Missing 86-Year-Old Man Found Safely In Rohnert Park: Police

ROHNERT PARK, CA — The 86-year-old Rohnert Park resident who was reported missing, has been found safe after his family located him, bringing an end to the search, police said.

Anastacio Altamirano-Cruz, who has a dementia diagnosis and requires medication, was reported missing from his home at 9:30 p.m. on Sunday.

He was last seen near Juanita Market on Southwest Boulevard at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. He is a Spanish-speaker and was last seen wearing a black shirt, gray shorts and a baseball cap.

The family extended their thanks to the community members who called in with information.
