The Results are finally In: Measure D Passes
It is still considered unofficial, but a victory is being celebrated.

While it is still being considered an unofficial result, it appears that Measure D will pass with a 66.9% approval. The Sonoma County Registrar of Voters is currently in the process of reconciling their numbers and expects to make an official announcement tomorrow.
To pass the measure needed to have at least a 66.67% approval from the voters. With all of the "Yes" and "No" votes in, it is now just a matter of double checking their figures. However it seems safe to say that the measure will pass.
Dr. Robert Haley, the Superintendant of the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District, has invited the 'Yes on Measure D' committee members and volunteers to attend the Board of Trustees Meeting tonight. At the meeting the board plans to adopt a resolution honoring the committee for their hard work and dedication in helping get the measure passed.
