Placer County Transit adjusts West Placer bus routes to connect riders with new Rapidlink service (ca.gov) — Starting Thursday, Oct. 1, Placer County Transit is changing Routes 20 and 70 so riders can easily connect with Roseville's new Rapid Link express buses serving the Galleria, local medical centers, and I-80. With a new Lincoln park-and-ride hub, adjusted stop times, and free introductory Rapid Link fares, Roseville-area commuters get faster, more convenient regional travel options.

Roseville house fire sends flames up to 20 feet from garage; no injuries reported (kcra.com) — A house fire in Roseville's Cirby Side neighborhood sent flames up to 20 feet from a garage Wednesday evening, but firefighters kept the blaze from spreading beyond one home. No one was inside when crews arrived, no injuries were reported, and investigators are still working to determine what caused the fire.
   

3. Armored Saint Share 'Not On Your Life' Visualizer from Emotion Factory Reset (ghostcultmag.com) — Roseville metal fans can catch Armored Saint and Metal Church live when the Metal Saint Tour hits Goldfield Trading Post on November 18, 2026. The bands are touring behind Armored Saint's new album Emotion Factory Reset, with the Roseville stop part of a California-heavy November run that also includes San Juan Capistrano, Pomona, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

A Whole Foods shopper says she showed a manager the ranch label that confused her, then watched him put the bottle back (newsbreak.com) — A Roseville Whole Foods shopper says she spotted conflicting claims on a bottle of 365 Organic Classic Ranch, with the front label touting no canola or soybean oil while the ingredients list reportedly showed both. After a manager allegedly returned the bottle to the shelf, she took her concerns about misleading labeling and allergy risks to TikTok, sparking wider discussion.
