With the property nearly fully leased near Kaiser and Sutter, the deal highlights strong investor demand tied to the Sacramento region's growing healthcare sector and continued expansion by major hospital systems.
   

• Inland surfing resort near Roseville gets green light from Placer County (cbsnews.com) — Placer County has approved a new inland surfing resort just north of Roseville in the Placer One neighborhood, featuring a 5-acre wave lagoon, hotel, and family-friendly amenities. The Alchemy Surf Resort aims to boost regional sports tourism, complementing Roseville's growing athletic facilities and is expected to create about 200 jobs in this rapidly expanding area.
   

• Bloodlines Announce 'A Thousand Generations', Premiere 'So Much To Lose' (themosh.net) — Christian metal band Bloodlines will bring their fall tour with Demon Hunter and Wolves At The Gate to Roseville's Goldfield Trading Post on October 17. The show supports Bloodlines' upcoming album "A Thousand Generations," due December 4, giving local heavy music fans a chance to hear the new single "So Much To Lose" live before the record drops.
