Nearby, Auburn and several Sacramento-area communities will host stair climbs, ceremonies, and performances, giving Roseville residents multiple ways to honor victims and first responders.
   

• Inside the housing development absorbing Placer County and Roseville population growth (abridged.org) — A massive new community called Placer One is rising just north of Roseville, bringing more than 5,600 homes, parks, businesses and a Sacramento State satellite campus that will serve thousands of students.
