SACRAMENTO, CA — A California woman won the lottery twice in a week.
Rosa Dominguez, 19, bought a $5 scratch-off ticket at a gas station and won $555,555, the California Lottery said. She said she was nervous and "just wanted to cry" after finding out. She then bought another $5 scratch-off ticket a few days later at a different station and won again — this time $100,000.
