Project Documentarians & Community Researchers Wanted $2500 BONUS

Compensation: [$25-$30/hr or Flat Rate per approved report]

Independent production entity seeks detail-oriented Community Researchers, Civic Activists, and Local Documentarians for a short-term field tracking and public data collection assignment focused on municipal transparency and airspace accountability.
Project Context & Objective:

This community-led project is collecting comprehensive visual, technical, and chronological logs regarding persistent, low-altitude nighttime aerial activity and unauthorized tracking nodes concentrated over a specific residential area in the 92110 zip code.
Independent researchers will assist in compiling public documentation, flight logs, and environmental data surrounding the localized airspace directly adjacent to the property at 2301 Erie Street, San Diego, CA 92110.

The goal of this initiative is to evaluate local municipal compliance with the San Diego Transparent and Responsible Use of Surveillance Technology (TRUST) Ordinance (SDMC § 26.0101 et seq.) and to determine if un-vetted advanced sensor arrays (such as thermal imaging or FLIR) are being deployed over private residential structures.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities:

Execute localized neighborhood documentation and logging of evening aerial flight paths near the target coordinates.
Conduct public record archival searches utilizing open-source flight trackers (ADSB-Exchange, FlightAware) to identify specific tail numbers and aircraft operators.
Assist in distributing official California Public Records Act (CPRA) templates to local community groups and civic oversight networks.

Draft objective, fact-based summaries of physical or digital anomalies observed in the immediate micro-neighborhood.
Requirements:

Background in investigative research, journalism, private security, documentarian filmmaking, or grassroots civic activism is highly preferred.

Possession of reliable mobile recording equipment, notebooks, or independent laptops for field logging.
Ability to maintain complete objectivity, strict professional boundaries, and focus entirely on public administrative facts. No unverified claims or personal interference.

To apply for this project roster, please reply via the Craigslist mail relay with your background, relevant skills, area of residency, and contact information.

SPECIAL INVESTIGATIVE INCENTIVE / WHISTLEBLOWER REWARD:
Our entity is currently offering a formal $2,500.00 financial reward for verified, actionable intelligence or insider documentation regarding the specific crowdsourced mobile applications, localized mesh-networks, or proprietary software platforms currently being utilized by independent actors to coordinate community-level tracking, real-time geolocation routing, or localized field disruptions in the San Diego area. If you possess direct knowledge, user interface screenshots, developer keys, or network protocols of the specific app deployed to target individual properties like 2301 Erie Street, you may qualify for this incentive. Full confidentiality and whistleblower protections will be strictly maintained through our legal council.
