Community Meeting On Public School Guide Set Thursday

Learn the pros and cons of public schools around the county.

SAN DIEGO, CA – Voice of San Diego will hold its second of three community meetings Thursday to discuss its 2019 Parent's Guide to Public Schools.

The guide details the pros and cons of public schools around the county using publicly available data. According to Voice of San Diego, the guide was designed to make it easier for parents to choose a school or school district for their children. This year's guide also includes lists of schools parents tend to avoid and schools with exceptionally long wait lists.

The guide is available in English and Spanish from the city and county's local libraries, social service organizations and preschools around the county. Parents can also access it online at voiceofsandiego.org/schools- guide.
