Dog Sitter Stabs Dog Owner With Steak Knife In San Diego: Police
The suspect remains at large.

SAN DIEGO, CA – A 50-year-old woman suffered a non-life threatening stab wound to her bicep following an argument in the Colina Del Sol area with a 58-year-old woman who was dog-sitting for her, police said.
It happened shortly after 1:47 p.m. Wednesday at an apartment complex located at 4321 52nd Street, San Diego police Officer Steve Bourasa said.
The victim went to the apartment complex to meet with the woman who was dog-sitting and the two got into an argument, Bourasa said.

As the victim began to walk away from the argument, the suspect stabbed her in the left bicep with a 6-inch steak knife, Bourasa said.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with an injury that was not expected to be life-threatening, Bourasa said.

The department's Mid City division is investigating the incident.
