Flood Advisory Extended For San Diego County
Chula Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, El Cajon, Vista, Encinitas, National City, La Mesa, Poway and San Diego will likely experience flooding.

SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA – The National Weather Service in San Diego has extended a flood advisory for San Diego County. The advisory is in effect until 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Rainfall is expected to continue along with runoff from earlier rains, according to the NWS. Minor flooding will also continue along the San Diego River in Fashion Valley, impacting low water crossings.
Chula Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, El Cajon, Vista, Encinitas, National City, La Mesa, Poway and San Diego are among the locations that will likely experience flooding, weather officials said.

"Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads," weather officials said. "Most flood deaths occur in vehicles."
