SAN DIEGO, CA – Police searched Thursday for a man and woman recorded on surveillance cameras and suspected of killing a man at a flooring company in the East Village district of downtown San Diego.

A customer called police about 3:40 p.m. Wednesday after entering the business in the 1000 block of G Street -- identified in a news report as Bottom Price Flooring & Supply -- and finding a dead man, according to the San Diego Police Department Lt. Matt Dobbs.

Patrol officers and rescue personnel arrived soon after and found the man with no pulse, not breathing and with apparent trauma to his upper body, Dobbs said. Officers attempted to revive the man, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
