SAN DIEGO, CA — Tropical Storm Hilary swept through San Diego County Sunday, brining gusty winds and widespread rain throughout the region.

The storm led to car crashes and flooding in parts of the county, as well as power outages and closures at beaches, parks, schools and theme parks.
