1 In Critical Condition, 20 Displaced After San Francisco Fire

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A fire left one person in critical condition and 20 others displaced Wednesday in San Francisco, according to authorities.
The two-alarm incident was reported shortly after 1:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Leavenworth Street and was contained an hour later, according to the San Francisco Fire Department.
A person was rescued and taken to the emergency room, the department tweeted, adding the blaze affected two floors of the four-story building and damaged three units.
