3 San Francisco Restaurants Named Among Best In US: OpenTable

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — The reviews are in: San Francisco still has some of the best food in the country.

OpenTable, a restaurant reservation and review website, just released its Top 100 restaurants in America in 2021. The rankings are based on analysis of over 10.5 million reviews of restaurants across the country submitted by OpenTable diners.

Diners voted three San Francisco restaurants as some of the best in the state and the country. Click on the restaurant links below for reservations, reviews, hours, and contact information:

1. Terzo: 3011 Steiner St., San Francisco; Mediterranean, Italian, tapas, small plates
2. House of Prime Rib: 1906 Van Ness Ave., San Francisco; Steak, American food
3. Kokkari Estiatorio: 200 Jackson St., San Francisco; Mediterranean, Greek, contemporary European

Diners seem to be impressed with California in general: 12 California restaurants made the list. That is more than any other state - including New York, which has nine. Four restaurants were located in Orange County, twice as many as LA’s two. Orange County also beat out San Francisco, and San Diego, which had three. Here are the nine other California restaurants that made the grade:

Los Angeles
