They were all arrested in the Tenderloin.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Four men, who were all free on their own recognizance from previous felonies, have been charged with drug dealing in San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood, prosecutors said Wednesday.
The four were arrested in a three-block area between Turk and Fulton streets, and Hyde and Larkin streets, the San Francisco District Attorney's office said.
Albert Hernandez, 29; Edwar Romero-Arteaga, 35; and Eduar Jose Rodriguez-Garcia, 21, all of San Francisco, and Christian Gamez-Medina, 30, of Oakland, were arraigned Tuesday for unrelated incidents, the San Francisco District Attorney's office said.

Charges against them included sale or possession of cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine. All of the men pleaded not guilty and were jailed pending trial because they pose a risk to public safety, prosecutors said.
The district attorney's office said it has filed 373 motions to detain the most egregious drug dealing suspects, and judges have granted 38.
