Only buses, motorcycles, or carpools with three or more people may use it during weekday commute hours, and buses alone at all other times, with fines of $490 or more for violators.

β€’ San Francisco landlord accused of killing tenant lists home for rent (amedpost.com) β€” A Sunset District home on 46th Avenue, where a tenant was allegedly killed in May, is now being advertised for rent at $6,300 after a judge barred its sale but allowed leasing. The landlord, a retired dentist, remains jailed on murder charges, while the victim's family pursues a wrongful death lawsuit.
